So how can you burn fat 24 hours a day? Here are some simple steps to lose fat 24 hours a day.

• Build muscles. Muscles are active cells and they are great calorie burners. The muscles more you prepare, the more fat you burn because the calories you eat will be burned for energy by the muscles.

• Do your cardio exercises in the morning before breakfast. Make sure your rate of cardio heart enough to burn fat. The exercises must be intensive and will leave you puffing, panting and sweating. This is to ensure that you continue to burn calories hours after you stopped your cardio exercises.

Complex carbohydrates are carbohydrates that are more difficult to digest, so that no peak of insulin rapidly converted into body fat. Thus, instead of eating white rice, brown rice to eat. Instead of white bread, rather than replaced by bread brown. Have lots of fresh greens fibrous.

The frequency of meals tell your body there are many foods that your body does not store fat in case of emergency. In addition to this, your digestive system is constantly digesting food and ways to burn calories.

• Do weight training 3 times per week with rest days in between. Do your weight workout in the evening, then you will continue to burn fat. Training with compound exercises like lying, squats, lunges, lifts etc to activate the dead muscle fibers especially since these big muscles are burning calories for many hours to go into the night.

• Take slow release protein supplement before bed such as protein casein. This is for your body to feed at night and help your muscles recover from the day’s activities and generally the same because casein is slow digesting not easily turn to fat and if your body keeps burning calories even when you sleep.
