Each has a variety of bacteria in the mouth. Excess bacteria in your mouth, has now been found to lead more than tooth decay, gingivitis or gum inflammation.

Bacteria that create gingivitis live in your plate and cause inflammation of your gums bleed, and separate from your teeth. In severe cases, the gums are sensitive, your teeth hurt, gums, back and loose teeth. To stop the inflammation and gum separation use this natural remedy to kill some of these bacteria and strengthen your gums in the mouth.

Here are the herbs and the formula you need to cure a mild form of gingivitis to:

2 parts white oak bark herb – powder

1 part of gum myrrh herb – power or granules

3 / 4 peppermint leaves partly converted into powder

½ part anise herb – power or seeds

1 / 8 part clove – powder

If herbs and it can be in powder form, grind in a coffee grinder. Use this formula as much powder as you want.

Put the mixture into a small container. I usually use a small bottle of vitamin unused.

I usually mix a small amount with a tablespoon as a measuring tool. For example, 2 tablespoons of white oak, 1 tablespoon of myrrh gum, ¾ c. tablespoon of peppermint leaves, and so on. The measures should not be too specific.

How to use: Put a little powder on the brush and brush your teeth and gums. After brushing spit out a few times, saliva and residue powder. Do not rinse your mouth because you want to keep the active herb powders in your month.
